My complaint:
my room on the 2nd floor of the hotel the breeze way was full of trash and cigarette buds, upon entering the room the carpet was soiled and oily like .dead roaches in kitchen on the floor . in the bathroom live roaches crawling all over only one set of towels and if i needed extra had to leave my room take dirty towels tto the lobby and they would give me fresh towels did this for morning and night shower i thought i was the maid making all those trips.up and down on that slow elevator the pet fee of 25.00 dollars a day was aweful 100.00 with no dog walk way or park just out side the hotel any where no poop station this was awful.
Suggested solution:
refund me please and renovate that hotel up grade and get an extemantor quick
