My complaint:
Front desk employee was rude and she got aggressive with my husband and I. She seemed rushed although it was 8pm no one else around. She actual asked if I had a problem kept calling me lady and asking lady what your problem ? This all stemmed from when she was verifying last 4 numbers on our credit card and expiration date they did not match the card I used when I made reservations So I was confused and asked her to explain why the numbers are different her reponce was you want a room or not? I was taken back and my husband said you don’t need to be angry we just don’t understand if we used this card online why is it not what you have for us to verify. Her response was again rude saying she dint know and that we used a third party site and they got our numbers. At this point I asked manager she said you looking at her. Than proceeded to say you got issue with that? And asked if I wanted to continue and said she would take me on. WHAT! Wow I was scared now she was jumpy and aggressive. My husband said use the card in system ( did not match our card) she said now lady was that difficult. Wow Just sad encounter did not have to be aggressive rude with us. I will never stay again
