Express Scripts complaint: On Line Order SCREW ups

My complaint:

Due to Open Season for Health Care Express Scripts Pharmacy has removed the local pharmacy from their list of network pharmacies. On 11112022 sine I needed my medications filled I used the On Line order system.
First issue… they list Doctors that were requested via phone conversation 2 years ago still listed. I called and talked to a representative 11112022 and passed on that i have a VA doctor and passed on his name, phone number and address.
NONE of this information was entered into their system, now I have multiple prescriptions from different doctors, I do not see, ordering medications I do not take.
Today 11142022 called express Scripts after checking the My Medications page on line, and spoke to a representative, who hung up on me.
I recalled and asked for a supervisor, FORD, who was very Curt, I listened to his, (basically it’s NOT their issue), since I used the online order system.
The result was, I terminated my complete order, and NOW need to figure out how to get medications I need.
If I were to order from the VA pharmacy It would be almost 100 dollars more than I was paying, If I were to order from a Local pharmacy, I would need to pay OVER 3000 dollars for just 30 days NOT 90 days of medications.
Since it is Open Season, and Express Scripts Pharmacy, which is part of TRICARE has eliminated the doctors in the local rural area, and the pharmacies also… I need to weigh the few options I now have for Health Coverage and Medication needs.
This is what I have had to deal with for the last 2 or 3 years, just gets worse each time,
I am a wrongfully discharged veteran who fought back and after 8 years granted retirement, after more than 16 years of Active, Army National Guard, and Air Force National guard Service, also a disabled veteran.
Is this the way veterans should be treated???

Suggested solution:

Their On-Line order system should allow more in put, not just from their end. Their way just does not get done, or updated, or inputted by the representatives.
I should be able to update My doctors, how I order medications, Auto up-date or pay by invoice. And all of this needs to be on One page or consecutive pages Not just easy for an IT tech..

The Star rating does not give you a NO Star Rating That Is The Rating I Give Express Scripts. TRICARE gets a One Star.
