My complaint:
I just got put on a new medication for my narcolepsy finally and I’ve been waiting for Express Scripts to make it go through I’ve been on the phone getting the run around all day and a few days last week my Dr ordered it my other insurance no problem I still haven’t gotten this resolved I need my meds that’s why my Dr prescribed them and there is no way it should go so slow and be so disorganized or that I should run out of other medications til my depression is in full drive again and I can barely function there isn’t one thing I like about Express Scripts I would like you to please get my prescription for madafinol filled at Walgreens in Menasha Wi you are causing alot of stress in my life
Suggested solution:
When I can easily get my meds like I always used to before having Express Scripts and not running out and not getting them til I'm in a full blown depression
