My complaint:
Express Scripts is withholding the cancer med tamoxifen from a cancer patient. I have Caresource insurance. Andrew a manager told me that my prescription would be expidited and mailed over night. After the phone call I received an email stating that my prescriptions can’t be filled. I’m guessing that there might be a programming error with their systems. I have called 4 different times. Express Scripts tells my that my prescriptions will be processed and then they aren’t because of a systems issue. I’ve been on hold for over an hour today 7302021
Suggested solution:
A pharmacist needs to manually override the system and process my prescriptions.
