My complaint:
Every time that I call in, I am forced to go through the s and automation. All of the things that are asked for, Name, birthdate, zip code and prescription number are a waste of time. Automation transfers to a live person and you begin again. None of the information transferred from automation to live.
Please remove the automation.
It just makes me angry.
Suggested solution:
Get rid of the automation
