My complaint:
On 1st occasion I was charged for a new air filter and my air filter cap was broken by the attendant I asked him about it he told me to go to a junkyard they’re cheap there it wasn’t broken before that’s my first occasion my next occasion there was all spewed everywhere on the top of my cover I smelled oil burning for a week my windshield wiper cup that was empty was pushed against some wires of my lights with shorted out my lights my undercover of my engine of my 2013 Dodge avenger was removed to replace the air filter it was never put back on now I’m having problems with trash getting all up into my body parts brakes a host of minor problems I explained to all Express that I was not happy with their service nothing was done about it the next occasion I only went in for a top up only oil to top up the attendant went into my fuse box took out relay switches and fuses now my radio don’t play this happens on several occasions two people that’s not aware of what’s going on but I’m constantly being charged on my credit card for these services there’s documentation with Express oil change I was too upset to take pictures
Suggested solution:
Replace my splash engine Shields that covers up my body parts of my engine which you have to take off to put on the change the oil filter nobody changes my oil filter but Express has been for years there's documentation
