My complaint:
I had made an appointment for brakes to be changed and I also a oil change at 1:00 pm on 9162022. When I got there they got my oil changed but when I went to have the brakes changed I told the man that I had a 1:00 appointment and he informed me that the appointment done matter it more a first come first service. I sat there 6 hours and I am a diabetic and told him so to get this done. He said he ask the customers to just drop their car off and he would call when ready. I told him I had no one to come get me so he started in that is my car broke down I would have to have some to take me to work and home. This is the third time that I have had to wait 3-5 hours to get service. I done think I will go to you company for service except for oil change. I am also telling everyone I know how bad you service is on the mechanical side.
Suggested solution:
By me having to wait 6 hours for it to be fixed.
