My complaint:

YEAH THAT’S RIGHT I’VE HAD IT UP TO HERE WITH YOUR EXPRESS OIL CHANGE. MY NAME IS VICTOR A DISABLE VETERAN AND A LOYAL CUSTOMER TO YOUR BUS. SINCE THE OPENING. I WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH YOUR BUS FOR YEARS AND YOU ALWAYS GAVE VETERANS A DISCOUNTS WHICH I LOVE. BUT THESE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS HAVE REALLY DISAPPOINTED ME. FIRST INCIDENT HAPPENED ABOUT 2 YEARS A GO MY OIL CAP WAS LEFT OFF MY VEHICLEN AFTER OIL CHANGE FOR 4 DAYS HEADED OUT OF TOWN THAT WAS’T GOOD. I CALL THE MANAGER HE APOLOGIZED AND REPLACED OIL AND A HAND WHIP OIL SPILL. THANK GOD NOTHING ELSE WAS WRONG. BUT YESTERDAY (1-17-23) THAT JUST DID IT I PULL IN TO YOUR BUS. ALL THREE STALL OR FULL, SO I PULL TO THE MIDDLE STALL AND I WAS APPROACHED RIGHT AWAY FROM THE MIDDLE STALL ATTENDANT AND HE INFORMED ME TO MOVE TO THE STALL ON THE RIGHT SO I SAID NO PROBLEM. FIVE MIN. LATER THE ATTENDANT FROM THAT STALL CAME TO MY CAR AND STATED TO MOVE BACK TO THE MIDDLE STALL. BY THIS TIME I’AM THINKING WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON. SO I WAITED FOR 15 MORE MIN. AND A ANOTHER ATTENDENT APPROACHED ME AND REQUEST THAT I MOVE TO THE STALL TO MY LEFT. THAT MEAN I’VE MOVE TO ALL 3 STALL WAITED AT LEAST 20 TO 30 MIN AT YOUR EXPRESS OIL CHANGE. JUST COULDN’T TAKE IT ANYMORE AND I LEFT AND DON’T PLAN TO RETURN TO YOUR BUS. I’AM SORRY BUT I’VE HAD IT UP TO HERE.

I'AM NOT SURE THAT'S POSSIBLE AT THIS TIME. BUT U CAN START BY PROVIDING GOOD SERVICE FOR THERE MONEY.
