My complaint:
Delivery has been at the depot for over 5 days supposedly being sorted for delivery which was due 5 days ago latest. Cannot get in contact with anyone, you only get to ‘speak’ to a bot. Local page had a post claiming to have spoken to a driver who said they only use postcodes not addresses and deliver it wherever Parcel due was a main Christmas present for my little girl and I cannot afford another big gift, it’s going to be an awful Christmas thanks to evri.
Suggested solution:
Get in contact with me and tell me when my delivery will be here as well as sorting out their awful customer service systems
