My complaint:

I experienced significant delays with two recent Evri deliveries. The first parcel required five or six delivery attempts over eight days, and the second remains undelivered after four attempts, with a fifth scheduled today. My attempts to contact Evri customer service have been unsuccessful, as the automated system provides no access to a live agent.
