My complaint:

I was informed my parcel would be delivered on Sat 15th Feb. Then every day after for the next 8 days. i have used chatbot to no avail. I got email on Friday 21st, To say they are sorry Blah Blah Blah. But it would be delivered on that day if not they would contact me on the morning of the 22nd, before 10 am. I am still waiting for them to contact me. Now after several emails and message bots in the app. they are now just ignoring me, From now on if i purchase anything, and the seller uses Evri i am going to ask for a alternative delivery method, if no alternative is available then i will cancel order, its bad enough being fobbed of with some lame excuse. (The parcel missed the connection to the courier) WHAT 8 days in a row, How is that even possible !!! Now i am being ignored completely. James.

Suggested solution:

1. Answering my inquiry would be nice, 2. Delivering my parcel would be even nicer.

How would you currently rate your experience with Evri It would be good if there was an option for no stars instead of one star, as I feel 1 star is far too complimentary.
