My complaint:
Received text from delivery person that I was missed and item couldn’t be delivered,
I paid for redelivery and received the same message again the next day.
Don’t have a tracking number and the 16 digit code which is asked for said the item had been received 10 days earlier(which obviously it hadn’t)
I’ve tried to contact evri but no help at all.
Suggested solution:
Buy contacting me with information regarding what happened to my parcel.
