Evri complaint: Consistently poor service

My complaint:

Parcels are always late (or very late) but yet again I’ve had an email from the retailer saying they attempted delivery but no-one was in and a card was left, which is utter rubbish, I was in all day, no card was left and anyway we have an unlocked porch for parcels. We are one of 9 houses down an unmade road in a semi-rural area and it takes them ten minutes longer to come here so they don’t like it. What is annoying is them telling the supplier they attempted delivery when we know they didn’t.

Suggested solution:

Employ couriers who understand it’s a semi-rural area and will deliver down the many unmade roads, farm tracks etc. Be honest about why they’ve failed to deliver and not pretend they attempted delivery when they didn’t.
