My complaint:
An eBay parcel was sent out but it never arrived. In fact, it seems to have never even left their depot! I can’t get through to any actual human, their chat bot is useless and the company just seems to not have any option to get through to anyone!
Here’s the message I sent them:
Hi – I’ve tried every which way I can, this has been months now and you guys still haven’t gotten back to me (I’m only trying to claim for my lost package which seems to have got holed up in your own sorting office. It never changed to Out to Delivery, it seems to have just remained stuck with you guys!) I can’t get anywhere with your chat bot and your helpline does not offer any kind of help for me in this instance! Please, please, please can someone get in touch with me about this as its been since August this has been going on for! The tracking reference number is: …….

Firstly by contacting me, secondly by refund!
