My complaint:
Why send an email saying we got your parcel, when all it gives is a tracking No?. Absolutely useless. I have multiple Evri deliveries coming in to multiple postcodes, so I cannot track the parcel.
EMAIL NEEDS TO STATE THE SENDER
Suggested solution:
Improve their communication.
Stop sending emails from do-not reply addresses.
Make their service cheaper and more reliable
Employ more staff to answer emails
Stop their staff from stealing parcels.
Too many parcels vanish in the EVri system
