My complaint:

Dear Evri Team,

It is the 25th of October and I still have not received my Package I requested back to me, despite the fact I was told to allow 14 days, which has passed now.

Can you please help and and sort this out and send me my package back?

Can you tell me where it is and allocate it?

Regarding parcel H00TCD0017826140.

My name is Tariq and I work the CEO Executive Team.

I tried contacting you today on 07778935565 however I received no response and I therefore left you a voice mail.

First of all I would like to begin by apologising for this parcel still not being returned back to yourself, as you forgot to add a crucial item in the parcel.

I understand your frustration with this matter, and I would not be happy about this either.

According to tracking this was scanned as returned on 07/10/23 and from this point it can take around 14 working days for the return to be received.

I would therefore request for you to allow longer for this return to be received.

In the meantime if you require further assistance please feel free to reply.

I would like my package back please or you reimburse me the price of the laser head which was inside.
