My complaint:
I paid for insurance for my parcel to be sent to the USA which contained two pairs of shoes for return. The items within were valued at £340, the exact amount i paid the insurance for. I have provided every document to Evri they wished to have and they rejected my claim for no reason and then chose to re-open it once i spoke to their chat online (there is no way to talk to an actual human on the phone..) The claim has now been rejected again after i sent the documents and again NO REASON provided. I am now out of pocket £340 and no one at Evri will speak to me, I am at a loss of what to do other than complain. All information is under Order Number EVR55041257

I would like my full compensation paid which is £340 for a parcel Evri have lost.
