My complaint:
Evri keep sending my parcel back to the seller due to an ‘address issue’. I’ve filled out as many details as possible including what 3 words but they still refuse to even try and find my property. I have raised multiple complaints that tell me to contact the seller for a refund. I don’t want a refund I want my parcels delivered and at least a reason as to why they are not being delivered.
Suggested solution:
By contacting me directly with an explanation as to why they are struggling to find my property when no other delivery service is.
