My complaint:
I sold an item on ebay back on the 22nd of February and dropped it off at my local store. The tracking has not changed from We’ve received your parcel at the ParcelShop and will be collecting it shortly since then. I have been unable to get any information using their online chat service and phone line, both tell me to contact the seller (I am the seller) and that they will be in touch, but give no other information as to how they will be in touch. My package is likely lost or stolen and I will not be ignored until I forget about this.
Suggested solution:
I would like to know the status of my parcel and if they are unable to provide that I want compensation for the loss of my item.
