My complaint:
Over the past two days, Evri has delivered two parcels to the building next door to mine, despite having a clear picture on my account of the SafePlace for my address (enclosed porch)
Yesterday I went to retrieve my parcel from the incorrect address as per the POD photo, but there was nothing there. Today I went to retrieve the second wrongly delivered parcel to find that the box had been ripped open, the internal packaging strewn around and the contents missing.
I’ve tried to contact Evri via their ChatBot but it just says there are technical difficulties and shuts down.
Suggested solution:
Deliver parcels to the correct address rather than leaving them in the communal hallway of the building next door.
