My complaint:
my tracking number followed parcel to Australia then had new carrier tracking number and on tracking it was not in correct place then has not moved.Is not delivered sent 30th October.Have complained and given details so many times-on line, phone every way but cannot get to speak to human.No communication at all despite many many attempts of trying.I keep getting told by robot a inquiry has been made many times but no reply or help or info.will never ever use Evri again
Suggested solution:
delivering my parcel or returning to me- and emailing me or contact me I need to know how long it is staying in facility in Melbourne been there since 18th November
