My complaint:
A Vinted parcel was posted to me on the 5th of February via Evri. I can see Evri received the parcel on the 5th, and it was being processed at their hub (location undisclosed) on the 7th. Since then I have received no further updates, and have reached out to Evri support, but they have been mostly unhelpful. I’ve been told three times that they’ll get back to me within a certain time frame, and not once has this been the case. I was last told on the 16th that they would start an investigation into the lost parcel which could take 48 hours, but I’ll hear back from them then. I’ve heard nothing since, and can’t get through to a person via their support line as there is ‘already an investigation open’. I purchased a collectible which can’t be replaced – the lack of care and sense of urgency here is beyond frustrating, Evri are a terrible courier.
