My complaint:

How long does it take to sort a very small package, or is Evri Obfuscating having lost it?

Suggested solution:

Get the parcel to my delivery location ASAP or refund the money. I have now purchased an airbrush through a more reputable sourse and have now received that order.
I thought I would give AliExpress a try. I ordered two very small items. One was not posted to me, and I was refunded the price. I was then notified that my second parcel had cleared customs and had been received by EVRI. I was then notified there was a problem so I requested a change of delivery location to a parcelshop. Since then tracking has indicated that my parcel is being sorted lasting over 7 days. Although AliExpress has emailed me with offers I am so dissatisfied with the service and delivery I have lost all confidence shopping experience and could not endorse Evri as a delivery agent.
