My complaint:
I love my Evri courier, she’s wonderful. So this is completely out of the ordinary.
I have been waiting for my parcel for a while – It’s come from halfway across the world and I’ve been able to track it every step of the way, no problem. But it gets to my local Evri delivery and goes dark – they said they tried to deliver it but they couldn’t, despite there being a prominent sign on the door as to where to leave any parcels and a safe place nominated.
They also said there would be 3 attempts to deliver the parcel before it is returned to the sender, and that they would attempt again the next working day.
NOTHING.
No communication and just a bot to talk to who just says the same thing every time and is NO help at all.
I was disappointed, then frustrated, then upset. Now I’m just angry – EVRI need to seriously sort out their customer service – this is important to people.
Suggested solution:
Let me know where my parcel is and get it to me quickly.
