My complaint:
I ordered something on line on 21 May. It was collected on the 22nd May. It arrived at the sorting hub on the 30th May. As of 5th June it is still there. It is impossible to talk to anyone other than a robotic answering machine and I still have no idea if or when it will arrive
Suggested solution:
find the parcel and deliver it, Failing that, offer full compensation of the value of the item dso I can get a replacement
