Evri complaint: No one gets back ro me about a missing parcel after 10 days

My complaint:

I ordered some items, the tracking on Evri said it was with the couriour. Then it said we where unable to deliver (thats because it was to the local post office on a saturday afternoon) then a week went by and i have been in the BOT chat 4 times with no answer given. If your courior had it then someone needs to be accountable
