My complaint:
My brother in USA sent a parcel through USPS on the 8th of April, 2024. The parcel No is CH210168757US. On the 16th of April, 2024, I got a text message from EVRI as seen below
“EVRI mail package in the process of transportation, due to damage to the outer package, address information is lost, can not be delivered. Please be sure to update the delivery address information in the link within 12 hours.

I did what I was instructed and it said my parcel would be delivered the next day on the 17th of April, 2024. I’m still yet to receive my parcel. What’s going on. I have tried to contact them but no way and when I did, the lady hang up on me without even letting me explain.
Suggested solution:
I need my parcel delivered to my house.
