My complaint:
I’ve been trying to get in contact with EVRI now for over a week, no response from chatbot, or automated telephone system. I have two Enquiries 241028-031602 and 241024-025640.
No response to either of them. I will never use EVRI or purchase items again that use EVRI curriers. Shocking!
This should be flagged with a independent watchdog
Suggested solution:
Responding to enquiries which they have created would be a start!!
