My complaint:
I have tried several times to book a package online and all works fine until I get to the payment section where nothing happens and I’m unable to complete the booking. The website states that there are no problems, but several other people have said that they have encountered the same thing. .
Suggested solution:
I would like to be able to report it to Evri, but the 'bot' they have on the website insists I give it a tracking number. As I cannot complete the booking of course I don't have one so can get no further. Very frustrating!!
