My complaint:
I paid for a parcel collection. They never turned up, so I went through the online system, which promised a response within 24 hours. Two days later I heard back, and they said they had rebooked the collection for that day, and would contact me again if it wasn’t collected… Well it wasn’t collected, and I didn’t hear back from them. The next thing I got was an email about my ‘delivery not having arrived’… I replied saying it was a collection, not a delivery, and still haven’t heard anything more. I have tried to call and use the online chat but it won’t let me talk to a human because ‘someone is already looking into this’ – except they’re clearly not, because it’s now been over a week that they haven’t provided the service I’ve paid for!
Suggested solution:
Actually providing the service I've paid for, instead of just stealing my money.
