My complaint:
I sent a parcel on Sept 12, 2024, from Birmingham to Manchester and I opted for the next day delivery. Unfortunately, the parcel was not delivered as scheduled, and I have encountered significant delays and a lack of communication regarding its whereabouts. It’s almost a month, my parcel is yet to be delivered.
After noticing that the parcel was not delivered, I contacted Evri customer service and was assured on several occasions that the delivery would take place the next day. Despite these assurances, the parcel was neither delivered nor returned to me as requested. I received a call on 14th September to my address for the return of the parcel, but to date, I have yet to receive it.
It is important to note that I have made several attempts to contact your team over the past four weeks, with little to no progress in locating the parcel. Most recently, on 2nd October 2024, I was informed that the issue had been escalated and that I would receive an update shortly. However, as of now, I have not received any further communication. This delay in resolving the situation has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially given that the parcel contains valuable items worth approximately £3,000.
I don’t understand what is happening to my parcel. I need my parcel URGENTLY and am sick and tired of the long wait!
Suggested solution:
I want my parcel returned to the sender URGENTLY.
