My complaint:

I paid for next day delivery and insured my parcel no. H0GAA0000412293. i am a private sender and it was a birthday gift for my daughter. I insured the contents via Evri for £140 to cover the cost of replacing the goods. They tried to deliver the parcel on 7th Nov, but have not done so since. Despite emails saying they are looking for my parcel I’ve had nothing since for two weeks. I would like to claim via the insurance for my lost parcel and can get no help from EVRI. The chat just tells me to wait 5 more days and if you call it suggests contacting the seller, I AM THE SENDER. It was a private parcel, not a company delivery. Please help me get a resolution, I paid £12 (£6 of which was insurance), but seem to have no way to claim for my lost parcel.

Suggested solution:

By refunding the insured cost of the goods which was £140 plus refunding my postage
