My complaint:

I have been trying to get evidence of non delivery so I can resolve an eBay dispute. Ive spoken to a number of people asking for it and none have provided it asking me to contact the seller. Your automated systems won’t allow me to go any further as 5 days have lapsed since delivery. Evri’s own tracking shows non delivery then delivery half an hour later without photos.

Evri have not supported myself in getting this dispute resolved.

I am not trying to submit a claim with Evri regarding this package I simply want proof of non delivery so I can submit it to eBay. I have raised a dispute with the seller for it to be Ultimately closed in their favour as the status of the package is delivered with no photo proof of delivery of where it was left.

Evri have supposedly investigated the matter but not provided any outcome to myself.

Evri’s usual process is to have a photo of where the package was left in this instance there is no proof of delivery yet the status was changed to delivered….. When no package was actually delivered and attempted redelivery the same day this isn’t any couriers usually process.

Suggested solution:

Provide me with proof of non delivery and to provide me with the outcome of the supposed investigation.

Ultimately Evri could reimburse me for the product they have lost and call it good between myself and the sender of the package. Either way I need the proof of non delivery so I can dispute via eBay and get it resolved.
