My complaint:
Item was delivered to an wrong address (proof was a Google pin and blurry photo of wrong front doorstep). I contacted Evri the next morning using their chat and was informed I would have a response within 24 hours. Due to the bank holiday weekend (I presume) I heard nothing. But then after the weekend on the Tuesday I still heard nothing. Given that it was their mistake and they aim for a 24-hour turnaround this seemed like poor customer service. I ended up getting a refund through the selling platform. I am very disappointed in Evri. I presume DePop can claim money back against Evri because they had to refund not only me but also the seller. Unfortunately I still have to use Evri for a replacement item. I am pretty nervous they will make the same mistake again. We think it was delivered a few roads away but the person said they hadn’t seen anything so there was nothing else we could do. We have no power over this and I still waiting to hear back anything at all from Evri. Poor customer service.
Suggested solution:
An apology and better service next time. We are now awaiting another delivery!
