My complaint:
I have arranged return my item on 7th Apr 2025 and it has been collected from post office but did not reach to seller. Contacted customer service who sent me a generic email that’s it. Still not received any update or my refund request. I can’t get hold of anyone like other people. It looks like one of Evri courier has stolen my returning item as they know it us a expensive trainers which is returning to Sports direct. I will be starting legal action with Evri.
Suggested solution:
Refund my item including all postage costs.
