My complaint:
In the past few weeks I had my first Evri package lost and supposedly handled by ‘Claire’ . I was receiving emails and replying to them like a total idiot thinking ‘Claire’ was real. In the end the parcel was officially declared lost and weeks later Vinted refunded me. This week I have 2 more Vinted parcels missing from Evri but under totally different circumstances. This time the parcel is tracked to have been delivered at the parcel shop where Im meant to collect it from, but the shop claims its not arrived. I went through the process of contacting Evri and then to my confusion I heard from ‘Claire’ again, who replied with the exact same response as my last case, with the exact same email, word for word that had nothing to do with my new very different circumstance. I wrote back asking is this a bot ? I just received a new email from ‘Claire’ thanking me for updating my new delivery details (the exact same 2nd email I received to my other totally unrelated case). I’ve now realised it is just sending out random automated emails to make it look like Evri are taking action when they are going absolutely NOTHING. I feel like such a fool that I fell for this the first time around, the whole thing is fake responses , Im utterly stunned they are pretending to have a customer service, what the hell is this garbage ? And Evri if a REAL person from your company is bothering to read this, this is my missing parcel number H00IAA1506016581
