Evri complaint: I have lost my drop off receipt

My complaint:

I drop off my return item and 30days I haven’t received my refund so I call the company to ask about it and they told they haven’t received the item yet. So unless I provide them ,the receipt of the drop off but I have lost it.so they came me the return code to go to evri shop for copy but the shop attendant said he can’t get the copy.so I should contact evri for it.

Suggested solution:

Get me a copy of the receipt or reference
