My complaint:
Posted a parcel to NZ via Evri. Was told I would receive a an email with info for tracking. Nothing. This was on 12 August. I have managed to track myself to find the parcel is stuck in NZ awaiting MPI Import Required, which apparently means they need to l ow whats in the parcel. I provided this i fo when i posted it. Tried the 0330 number to talk to someone at Evri, but it’s all automated and cuts you off. This parcel is a one-off gift for my sisters 60th birthday and I just need help to get it to her address. Hitting a brick wall. Lack of help from Evri is terrible
