My complaint:
Had a delivery Sunday and because I live on a marina driver didn’t know where to leave it. Left an email to leave more instructions on how to deliver and also on app. Done on line chat straight back to say leave at office. It’s now Thursday still no parcel status on app still says we attempted delivery please leave further instructions. Everything automated and can’t speak to anyone to actually find out where my parcel is and I go on holiday on Sunday.
Suggested solution:
Give me another delivery date and hopefully before I go away
