My complaint:
I had an appointment for a courier to collect a parcel from my home and return it to J D Williams on Monday 02/09/2024. No one turned up. I have since had several conversations with the ‘chat box’ and have sent emails to Customer Services, but my requests have not been replied to. It is now Friday and I am still waiting.
Suggested solution:
The complaint will be resolved when the parcel is collected and returned within the 30 day return period.
