My complaint:
Ordered a package from ebay, seller used EVRi, package was recieved on the tuesday told it’d be out between wednesday friday. everyday since the Wednesday, the package has been stated as arriving between 19:00 21:00, then at about 14:00 it switches to 13:00 – 15:00, then when it passes that time I get no info until they randomly send me a message saying that it’ll come the next day. Saturday i requested an excalation, was told (via no respondable email) someone was looking into it and i’d get my package for that day, for them to not only tell me it was coming monday but on ebay to state i was not in to recieve. I’d been waiting by the door the whole day. Added a screenshot below of my out for delivery section, its been going on so long its scrolled on from Wednesday Thursday.
Suggested solution:
By delivering my package, its been 5 days now.
