My complaint:

Parcel one dispatched 2 weeks ago – before the timeframe of delivery was closed had a message to say parcel address cannot be found then has since gone missing Sender resent a new parcel and today lone behold has happened again. I have several issues with this, 1 this is a new driver and in the several years I have lived here never had an issue. 2 I live on a main road and it is easy to find. I also added the what three words and a contact number to my account. It seems that either the driver is lazy and cant be bothered to actually deliver, he is being disingenuous and keeping the parcels or he simply cant read. I am fed up the chat bot is rubbish and even if you call no one calls you back – It is beyond a joke. I wish retailers would stop using them because they don’t care about customer service

Suggested solution:

I want my missing parcels and someone to at least contact me and not a chatbot saying computer says no
