My complaint:

Dear Evri Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to inform you that I have not received my parcel associated with Tracking Number H03TJA0176539455,
Order Number 3059501649699115.

I would like to clarify and emphasize the following points:

1. No Signature Provided: Nobody signed for the package at my address. The photo evidence I provided clearly shows negligence on the part of the courier, as the delivery receipt claims signatures which are not genuine. This directly contradicts your statement about multiple delivery attempts.
2. No Neighbor or Family Member Received the Package: I have thoroughly checked with everyone living nearby, and no one has signed for or received the parcel on my behalf.
3. Accessible Delivery Point: My first-floor window remains open 24/7 at a height of 12 cm, which is easily accessible for any courier to place the parcel inside safely. However, there was no attempt made to deliver the package through this window or any other accessible means.
4. Package Left Next to a Busy Road: The courier left the package next to a busy road, which is complete negligence and unsafe. This irresponsible action increases the risk of loss or damage and is unacceptable.
5.  I have also attached a screenshot from Google Maps, where you can clearly see the window mentioned is always open. If the courier claims to have delivered the package and presents a photo of it left next to my door, I must ask: where is the evidence that he didn’t immediately take it back after the photo? Why didn’t he use the open window, which is safer and more secure? Leaving a parcel in such an exposed area where anyone could take it is not a delivery—it’s abandonment. The courier says it was delivered, but delivered to whom? I did not receive it. I am not lying, and I refuse to be held financially responsible for the courier’s carelessness. While this amount may not be my last money, I still expect fair treatment.

Given these facts, I kindly request that you investigate this delivery issue and provide a resolution as soon as possible. The evidence clearly indicates the parcel has been stolen.
