My complaint:
It amazes me that the handful number of times I’d returned a feedback from the deliveries made, it never made a difference ie the problem is then repeated. Tonight, a wrong delivery is made and I managed to catch up with courier and it seems you don’t feed clients feedback to your staff. That’s why I now know why things don’t improve. So, it’s all a waste of my time and effort to feedback. Please get in touch with me.
