My complaint:

I sent a parcel from my local Evri parcel shop. I paid for next day delivery and insured for its full value.
EVRI lost the parcel and I’m trying to get the due compensation. I’m having absolutely ZERO results on the chat box. It is now a full month since the parcel should have been delivered!

Suggested solution:

Pay my compensation forthwith. Parcel insured for £89 plus cost of sending £8.95
