My complaint:
I paid £3.95 on 12th January 2026 for Evri to collect a return parcel to QVC. I was offered two dates 14th and 16th, I chose Wednesday 14th. I kept getting conflicting collection times and, when using the Tracker I was surprised to see someone had tried to collect on 15th at 1.59 pm but no one in
This is both annoying and untrue as we are both disabled and were in – waiting. We have a Video Door bell, a loud internal chime and my Mobile phone rings when some one is at the door.
I am now taking my parcel to the Post Office to send and will pursue a FULL REFUND COMPENSATION.
Suggested solution:
FULL REFUND COMPENSATION to cover extra costs in wasted telepone (abortive) calls and extra postage cost.
