My complaint:
Ordered a motorbike seat (second hand) from ebay and the seller posted it the following day. Over two weeks later and I still haven’t received it. I’ve repeatedly called Evri’s help line only to be greeted by that ridiculous AI voice. Requested a call back multiple times but still not received one, nor have they offered any update on the parcel tracking page. 105 quid spent on nothing so far.
Suggested solution:
By finding and delivering my parcel that's over two weeks late.
