My complaint:
Trying to speak to someone to rearrange a return, accidentally selected locker drop off, my nearest is 15 miles away, because I can’t cancel online or speak to anyone from Evri I drove 15 miles yesterday to find the locker doesn’t print labels!
Very unhappy about customer service, and rapidly running out of time to return my parcel for a full refund

Re book my return so I can drop-off at shop
