My complaint:
My parcel was sent to main hub then transfered to my local hub. Since then it seems to have dissapeared. Has been 7 days now and after an extensive search(after talking to customer services) still not found. Was told its lost in system. Well we all no what that means and according to reviews it’s rife at West thurrock.
Suggested solution:
By finding my parcel and delivering it would be nice as it was a birthday present for my wife and that was last wk.
